An air jet cleaning machine removes dust, glass particles and fibres from empty containers using high-pressure filtered (and often ionised) air, with no water involved. A washing machine additionally rinses containers with water or WFI before an air-drying stage. Many of our lines, such as the BOTTLEWASH and VIALWASH series, combine both processes in a single machine for containers that need a water rinse followed by air-jet drying.
