AIRWASH-120.UN – Automatic Bottle Unscrambler with Air Jet Cleaning Machine
The AIRWASH-120.UN is an Automatic Bottle Unscrambler with Air Jet Cleaning Machine designed for continuous bottle feeding and cleaning at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute, depending on bottle type and size.
The automatic unscrambler transfers bottles directly to the machine's gripper belt system in an inverted position with continuous motion. The integrated air jet cleaning station uses compressed air and a suction blower to clean bottles while they are inverted. A second belt-gripping system then returns the bottles to the vertical position for further filling operations.
An optional elevator conveyor belt system can be provided for uninterrupted bottle feeding to the unscrambler. The machine uses compressed air through cleaning jets along with a suction blower to complete the bottle cleaning process. It is suitable for cleaning plastic, PET bottles and jars used for non-sterile products such as dry syrups and bulk-packed tablets and capsules.The machine is constructed with a stainless steel finish. Product-contact parts are available in SS304, SS316 and nylon materials as per user requirements.
