VIALWASH-120R Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine
The VIALWASH-120R is an Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine designed for efficient and reliable washing of pharmaceutical glass vials with minimum contact between the machine components and the vials. The machine features a specially designed gripper system that securely holds each vial by the neck, inverts the vial during the washing process, and returns it to a vertical position after washing through the out-feed star wheel system.
This Rotary Vial Washing Machine is suitable for 2 ml to 50 ml vials with suitable change parts and can also be designed for 100 ml vial sizes for specific applications. Vials are fed through a turntable to the in-feed star wheel, where the specially designed gripper holds each vial by the neck and transfers it to the rotary washing system.
During the washing process, the vials travel in a neck-down position above the washing needles and move along with the needle bar. This arrangement provides extended washing time once the needles enter the vial neck, supporting effective internal vial cleaning. The machine is suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical industry and can be configured with different washing sequences according to customer requirements.
The VIALWASH-120R Vial Washing Machine is equipped with six washing stations, with three washing needles at each station for optimum washing performance. The washing sequence can be customized according to the required process. An external vial washing facility is also provided for additional cleaning of the vial exterior before the vials proceed to the filling process.
