AIRWASH-120.inv – Automatic Inverter Type Air Jet Cleaning Machine
The AIRWASH-120.inv is an Automatic Inverter Type Air Jet Cleaning Machine designed for efficient cleaning of glass, plastic, PET, HDPE, and LDPE bottles and jars. The machine operates at a maximum speed of 120 bottles per minute and uses a combination of compressed air jets and suction blower technology for effective container cleaning.
The Inverter Type Air Jet Cleaning Machine is suitable for non-sterile product applications, including dry syrup filling lines and bulk packing of tablets and capsules. Bottles are fed in an upright position through an unscrambler and star wheel before being smoothly inverted to a mouth-down position for the cleaning process.
During operation, bottles move through the specially designed inverter chamber in a linear motion. The bottles are held in an inverted position while compressed air is blown through the internal nozzle and the suction blower operates under negative pressure to remove dust and loose particles from inside the bottle. The collected particles are directed through a collector positioned below the inverter chamber.
The unique bottle inversion system provides a smooth travel path and allows the bottles to be returned to the vertical position after cleaning. This design supports continuous bottle cleaning at higher speeds while helping maintain smooth machine operation. The machine also features an easy changeover system to accommodate different bottle shapes and sizes. The AIRWASH-120.inv Air Jet Bottle Cleaning Machine includes a built-in turntable and star-wheel feeding system for controlled bottle movement. The specially designed track gradually inverts each bottle and positions it completely upside down at the cleaning station, where compressed air and suction are applied simultaneously for effective internal cleaning. The machine is manufactured with a stainless-steel finish, with product-contact parts available in SS 304 or nylon material, depending on the application and machine configuration.
