The Auger Powder Filling Machine is a precision filling and packaging machine designed for accurate dispensing of powdered products into bottles and containers. It uses an auger-based filling system to deliver consistent fill volumes and efficient powder handling. The machine is suitable for applications across the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and healthcare industries.
The Automatic Twin Head Linear Auger Type Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine Model DRYFILL-60TWIN is designed for high-speed and accurate filling of dry syrup powder into bottles of different types, shapes and sizes. This automatic auger powder filling machine can achieve speeds of up to 60 bottles per minute, depending on fill volume, powder characteristics and bottle size. It features a single-track twin-hopper system with a proven auger-type powder filling mechanism for higher-volume single-dose filling.
All powder-contact parts are made from SS316, Nylon and HDPE materials. The machine incorporates a pneumatically operated bottle separator system, eliminating the need for change parts when handling different bottle sizes. Its PLC-controlled servo auger filling system provides precise control of fill volume. An optional turntable can be provided at the infeed and outfeed for continuous bottle feeding and collection.
