The Semi Automatic Single Head Vacuumetric Type Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine Model DRYFILL-20 is designed for accurate and efficient filling of free-flowing powders into bottles of different types, shapes and sizes. This semi automatic dry syrup powder filling machine operates at a speed of 15-20 bottles per minute, depending on the fill volume, powder characteristics and bottle size.
The machine uses a proven vacuum and air filling system to fill powder into bottles through a powder wheel system with a piston-based volume adjustment mechanism. A unique vibratory system inside the funnel supports smooth and consistent powder flow into the bottle. All powder-contact parts are manufactured using SS316, Nylon and HDPE materials for reliable operation and easy cleaning. Bottle handling is manually performed by the machine operator.
