DRYFILL-120R – 16 Head Rotary Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine
DRYFILL-120R is an automatic high-speed 16 head rotary dry syrup powder filling machine designed for Glass, Plastic, PET, HDPE and LDPE bottles. It provides filling speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute, depending on powder type, fill volume and bottle size.
The machine features a heavy-duty stainless steel finish with SS316 powder contact parts and HDPE funnels. Its vacuum and air filling system supports accurate and efficient powder filling while reducing powder spillage and wastage.
Synchronized in-feed and out-feed star wheels ensure smooth bottle movement, while the rotary bottle and independent funnel system enables high-speed filling. A built-in vibratory system helps fill semi-free-flow powders efficiently.
