DRYFILL-120i
The Automatic Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine Model DRYFILL-120i is designed for accurate and efficient filling of injectable powders into round vials, with a maximum speed of 120 vials per minute. The machine features a fully stainless steel construction, including the machine frame, making it suitable for demanding pharmaceutical filling applications.
The machine is equipped with built-in turntables at the in-feed and out-feed, each with an individual drive to match the speed of incoming and outgoing vials for smooth and continuous operation. All powder-contact parts are manufactured from SS316 material to support hygienic and reliable powder filling.
The DRYFILL-120i injectable powder filling machine uses a single-head, single-track eight-port powder wheel system operating with vacuum and air systems to fill powder accurately into vials. An online vibrator-type rubber stoppering system is integrated into the machine, with stopper insertion operating continuously in synchronization with the machine speed.
Its single-track vial movement and single-head powder wheel system enable high-speed operation of up to 120 vials per minute in single-dose mode. Multiple dosing configurations are also available with suitable change parts, providing flexibility for different powder filling requirements.
