The Automatic Twin Head Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling with Capping/Plug Pressing Machine Model LVFC-60 is suitable for Round or Flat shape Bottles with maximum speed of 40 Products per minute.
The Machine can give Maximum speed of 40 Bottles per minute depending on nature of Liquids, Bottle Neck Diameter, Fill Volume and type of Capping or Plugging. Machine can be supplied with Automatic Single Head PP/ROPP/Screw Capping or Pneumatically operated Plug Pressing System.
Machine construction in fully Stainless Steel finish including machine frame structure. Machine with optional built-in Turn Tables at In-feed with individual drives to match the speed of Filling and Capping/Plugging for smoother operation. All parts coming in contact with Liquids and Rubber Stoppers are made from SS 316 Materials. Machine suitable for full as well as half stoppering.
Note: Turn Table is only suitable round bottles only. In few cases due to the design and shape of plug it may not possible to offer automatic plug/cap dispensing on bottle and operator may have to feed/place the plug/cap manually on bottle and machine can do further process of automatic capping or pressing. |
